Four-star Radisson Blu Edinburgh has further underlined its commitment to deliver exceptional customer service with the recent news that its M&E function has been accorded VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation status by research agency BVA BDRC.

The hotel is one of only a handful in Scotland to have achieved the coveted standard that denotes the quality of customer experience over the period October 2017 to September 2018.

VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to those properties that record a twelve-month ‘net promoter score’ of +70 or higher from 40 or more Business Event Host responses, in the defined Q3 period. The feedback score refers to a business event hosts’ ‘likelihood to recommend’ the venue.

Richard Mayne, Cluster Group General Manager for Radisson Blu Edinburgh and Radisson Collection Hotel, Royal Mile Edinburgh, commented: “In a highly competitive Edinburgh market, we are continuing to enjoy healthy occupancy levels. The M&E function within Radisson Blu Edinburgh continues to achieve consistent growth and I’m confident the recent refurbishment of the 250-capacity (reception style) St Giles Suite will further drive results.

“It is of tremendous credit to our hard-working M&E team that their commitment to be flexible to individual needs and to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer journey has contributed to RadissonBlu Edinburgh being accorded a VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.”
