Accorded VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation status by the respected research agency BVA BDRC
Radisson Blu Edinburgh and Radisson Blu Glasgow have further underlined their commitment to deliver exceptional customer service with the news that their respective M&E functions have been accorded VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation status by the respected research agency BVA BDRC.
The leading 4 star hotels located on either side of the M8 are two of only a handful in Scotland to have achieved the coveted standard that denotes the quality of customer experience over the period January – December 2018. Radisson Blu Edinburgh also received a VenueVerdict Gold Standard last year.
VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is conferred on properties that record a twelve-month ‘net promoter score’ of +70 or higher from 40 or more Business Event Host responses over the defined 12-month period. The feedback score refers to a business event hosts’ ‘likelihood to recommend’ the venue.
