The Restaurant at One Devonshire Gardens by Hotel du Vin Glasgow is proud to announce it has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes, recognising it as an outstanding restaurant that demands recognition well beyond its local area.
The Restaurant at One Devonshire Gardens by Hotel du Vin Glasgow is the only establishment in Scotland to be recognised in the February 2023 AA Rosette Awards announcement, and one of only 14 accredited with 3 AA Rosettes nationwide.
Curated by Michelin-trained Head Chef, Gary Townsend, exquisite flavour, and culinary creativity are the cornerstones of the award-winning restaurant in Glasgow. The Restaurant offers a menu of the highest quality fresh, seasonal, locally sourced and, wherever possible, organic produce.

The Restaurant offers diners an opulent, yet sophisticated and relaxed setting packed with character that is created through antique chandeliers and oak-panelled décor.
Located within Hotel du Vin’s historic Glasgow property which occupies a Grade II-listed Victorian terrace of five townhouses set in a tree-lined street in the fashionable West End, the hotel and restaurant are well-placed for exploring the city as well as being only 30 minutes from Loch Lomond.
