Luxury Highland hotel, Ness Walk, has received an official five-star accreditation from VisitScotland.
The hotel, located in the vibrant centre of Inverness has been recognised for outstanding quality of guest experience, as well the development of a luxury product. The new 47-bedroom hotel, which opened in July, provides luxury accommodation for guests visiting the city and is an opulent addition to the bustling Highland tourist scene.
The hotel is complete with fine-dine restaurant, Torrish, which uses the best local ingredients curated to form an exquisite menu with a modern twist. With relaxed, friendly surroundings, the menu offers dishes packed with curiosity, adventure and discovery.
Originally a 19th century house, the historic Grade B listed building was lovingly restored and transformed in a £7 million renovation. The hotel has blended original features with a contemporary twist, complemented by first-class service.
The award was presented in a ceremony at the hotel by Visit Scotland Chief Executive Malcolm Roughead.
