Grand Central Hotel is launching a new drinks menu ahead of the Festive season. From traditional classics like a White Russian to a sparkling Winter Warmer, the four star hotel is the perfect place to get the party started.

The new menu includes The North Star with Courvoisier, Kahlua, vanilla syrup mixed with espresso, the True Scot with Auchentoshan 12 year old, frangelico, sugar syrup and lemon juice and The Lure of the West with Smirnoff black, raspberry puree and orange juice finished with sugar and prosecco.

Champagne Central, one of the city’s key hotspots, overlooks Central Station and evokes the golden age of travel, with a sash of style and lashings of charm.

Paul Bray, General Manager of Grand Central Hotel, said: “At Grand Central we want to bring as much festive to cheer to our customers as possible and winter cocktails are the perfect way to spend an afternoon after a day of hitting the shops.

“Our cocktail menu at Champagne Central is so popular that we thought the best way to say ‘Merry Christmas’ to visitors over the holidays was to produce a bespoke mix created by our talented mixologists.

“We hope guests will join us and raise a glass to festive cheers.”
