Borthwick Castle, Scotland’s ‘best kept’ fifteenth-century keep and now a sumptuous exclusive hire setting for family celebrations and corporate events, is delighted that Front of House Manager, Kieran Rose, will represent Midlothian hospitality at the National Finals of the Scottish Thistle Awards to be held on Thursday 14th March at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Rose, who joined Borthwick Castle in February 2017, is up against four others in his category to take home the prestigious Tourism & Hospitality Hero award.
Borthwick Castle General Manager, Johanne Falconer, said: “The Scottish Thistle Awards are the ‘Oscars’ for the hospitality industry in Scotland and we’re so looking forward to cheering him on at the ceremony on Thursday. Kieran is a real hero to us and we’re delighted that his hard work and dedication has been recognised to be amongst the best in the country.”
